The Greyhounds Pets of America website is the main adoption center in New England. The organization was in need of a responsive website that could also serve as a learning hub and a place for people to support entity.
User Personas
User personas were very helpful on identifying the main struggles with the current website and the opportunities to improve it.

User Journey Map
Mapping Diana's journey revealed how helpful it would be for users to have access to
an improved site for the GPA.

The creation of digital wireframes allowed for quick testing of the responsive site features. The research provided important insights on the need to make the site simple and easy to use. The site uses imagery as the focal point to call attention to specific sections of the site.

The site map was very important to help establish the right information architecture for the site.

For this project I conducted several surverys with users of the current (old) website.

Mocukups
There were a few actionable insights I came up with from the usability studies. One of them was the need to create a site that was simple to use and that focuses on learning about greyhounds.

The hi-fi prototype followed the same as the lo-fi prototype, and included the design changes made after the usability study.

CONCLUSION
For this project it was paramount to take into consideration the implementation of accessibility features.

Among many things to improve in the future here are the 2 more important next steps.
